At Construct it Consulting we are able to second our Quantity Surveyors out direct to clients, to deliver the commercial duties on their behalf.

This role will include the likes of procuring the project supply chain; Producing subcontract orders; Attend client and design team meetings; Liaise with client personnel; Produce accurate cashflow forecasts; Increase project profitability; Produce accurate Cost Reconciliation Reports (CVR's); Cost variations; Producing month valuations; Integrate with the rest of the project team; Monitoring and remeasuring supply chain accounts;  Certifying Subcontract valuations payments; Producing Supply chain final accounts, Administering the contract in accordance with the conditions.
