We can produce accurate either detailed Bills of Quantities or Builders Quantities all for parties within the construction industry, whether that be for private Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and Subcontractors. 

This process requires every element of the construction project to be measured and recorded using the drawings prepared by the design team.  It then allows the acting party to price the works which enables them to see the 'whole picture' in terms of what the project will cost to build.  

A BoQ or Builders Quants can have multiple uses; They can be used to tender projects either as a whole or by trade packages giving insight to the costs of a project.  They can be taken forward and used as a formal Main Contract or Subcontract document.  They can be utilised as a baseline for valuing the works and calculating variations.
